No monthly fees, no setup fees, no hidden costs. You only pay when you sell paid tickets — 3% + $1.79 per ticket. Free events are completely free, no matter how many people register.
You choose. By default, fees are passed to the attendee (added on top of the ticket price). You can also absorb the fee into the ticket price, which often increases conversion. Toggle this per event in your dashboard.
Pro plan organizers get automated weekly payouts every Friday for sales from the prior week. Business plan organizers can choose daily, weekly, or post-event payouts. We hold a 7-day reserve for refund protection.
We support events in 4 countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia) with local payment methods and currencies. International tickets carry an additional 1% currency conversion fee handled by Stripe.
Yes — Free → Pro is automatic the moment you create a paid event. Pro → Business requires a quick call with our partnerships team to set up your custom rate. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
