Verify your identity — secured by Stripe

A quick government-ID and selfie check, processed by Stripe Identity. StubGuys receives only the result — never your document images, ID numbers, or date of birth.

Step 3 · Payouts

Get paid — secured by Stripe

Connect a bank account (required) and optionally a debit card for instant payouts. StubGuys never receives, transmits, or stores your SSN, tax ID, or bank/card numbers.

Individual or business — Stripe asks once, in the form belowIdentity check and bank/debit card setup happen inside Stripe’s secure form, tailored to the type you pick there.

1What happens on Stripe

  • Confirm your legal name, date of birth, and tax ID (SSN for individuals, EIN for businesses — Stripe shows the right form)
  • Provide a photo ID if Stripe requests one (payments compliance — separate from your StubGuys identity check in step 2)
  • Add a bank account or debit card for payouts
